Seattle: Anthony's FIsh Bar

Sea-Tac airport has the best food of any airport I've been in.  And yes, I know that Seattle is not really on the coast.  But it's close.

Close enough for me to include Anthony's Fish bar, which has the best Salmon and Chips in the entire Seattle area, on the West coast list.

The origainal restaurant is near Pike's Street. The restaurant faces the water, and the fish bar faces the road. I used to walk forever down the pier to get to Anthony's, it was so good.

So when they opened in the airport I was a happy camper. When we fly in, Eric can go on and pick up the rental car, and I can just walk up and order Salmon and chips to go and be very happy. By the time we are driving away from the airport, I've had my Salmon and chips.

Happiness is perfectly cooked Salmon!
